Donald Trump wants to be President of the United States. Trump says the first thing he will do as president is take down ISIS once and for all.

“I say that you can defeat ISIS by taking their wealth,” said Trump. “Take back the oil. Once you go over and take back that oil, they have nothing. You bomb the hell out of them, and then you encircle it, and then you go in. And you let Mobil go in, and you let our great oil companies go in. Once you take that oil, they have nothing left.”

Trump, a business mogul, and television personality, will be participating in the first two debates of the 2016 Republican Party presidential primaries.

Trump’s militaristic comments are sure to upset both Democrats, who were disillusioned during the second half of the Iraq war, and Libertarians, who believe America should take an isolationist stance in world politics.

“I’ve been dealing with politicians all my life. They are all talk, no action,” says Trump. “Never going to get things done. They’re controlled by the lobbyists, they’re controlled by donors, and they’re controlled by special interests. When I tell somebody to do something, I’m not going to get a lobbyist calling me the next day to say, ‘Please don’t do that even though it’s good for America.’”

Trump’s views on China are equally controversial.

“We have rebuilt China,” says Trump. “They have taken our jobs, they’ve taken our manufacturing, they’ve taken everything from us. … They’ve taken money. Do you know that right now we owe China $1.3 trillion? We’re paying them interest. What you do to China is you say if you don’t behave we’re going to have to start taxing your goods coming into this country. … They charge us tariffs. We don’t charge them because we’re stupid. They charge us. And the largest bank in the world is right under this floor.”
