After opening a trading account with BDB, all that’s left to do in order to start trading is to fund your account. All transactions are conducted through an extra secure socket layer technology in order to guarantee the privacy and safety of our traders and their finances. Also, for security purposes, both deposits and withdrawals should be conducted through the same method.
Deposit Process
Depositing funds is simple and straightforward. To do so, first log in to your account and click the ‘Deposit’ button. Select your preferred deposit method – credit card, bank wire transfer, or an alternative payment method – and then fill out your financial details. Finally, choose the amount you wish to deposit. After receiving confirmation, you should be able to see your updated account balance.
Credit Card and 3D Secure
When depositing funds via credit card, there are two possible ways to do so. The first requires you to simply fill out your finance details, after which you will be able to immediately start trading. The second, involves a 3D Secure method, which requires one more step on the way to trading.
3D Secure is designed to make online shopping transactions safer by authenticating a cardholder’s identity at the time of purchase. Once you’ve filled out your credit card details, a pop-up asking for a confirmation code will appear on the screen. The code will be delivered via SMS.
Bank Wire Transfer
Financing your trading account via wire transfers, requires a visit to the bank. Upon conducting the wire transfer, the bank will provide you with the transaction’s reference number, which must be sent to your account manager. Please note that this form of transaction can take up to 5 business days to appear in your trading account.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawing eligible funds from your BDB account can be done at any given time by logging in to your trading account, clicking ‘Withdrawal,’ and entering the amount you wish to withdraw. Once submitting a withdrawal request, it will be immediately sent to BDB’s Accounting Department for processing, which will take approximately 5 business days. An email notification will announce the process’ completion.
In case more than one withdrawal request is made within 48 hours, all requests will be combined into one payment. Reviewing a request’s status can be done by going to ‘My Account’ and clicking the ‘History’ button. A withdrawal request can be cancelled in case its status is ‘Pending’ by simply clicking the ‘Cancel’ button. BDB does not charge any withdrawal fees. Please note that withdrawal requests are accepted for an amount of at least $10 per transaction.
While all withdrawals should be conducted through the same method as deposits, when it comes to deposits made with an alternative payment method, withdrawals are processed by Bank Wire Transfer.
