Banc De Binary reserves the right to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account. Please note that delays beyond our control might occur due to third party withdrawal processing methods.
Credit/Debit Card: Withdrawals made by Credit/Debit Card are usually processed within 2 working days and take on average 2 - 3 working days to arrive back to the card or bank.
Bank Wire: Withdrawals made by Bank Wire Transfer are usually processed within 2 working days and take an average of 5 working days to reach your bank account.
Moneybookers: Withdrawals made by Moneybookers are usually processed within 2 working days and reach your account within 60 minutes.
AlertPay: Withdrawals made by AlertPay are usually processed within 2 working days and reach your account within 60 minutes.
Login to your account, click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the tool bar at the top of the page, then select ‘Withdrawal Requests’ from the drop-down menu. Enter the amount to be withdrawn in the base currency. Complete the electronic form as required then click ‘Submit’. You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request is complete.
