  • How would I know my wire transfer is in process?

    Prior to your withdrawal being processed it will show as pending.  Once it has been processed it will show as approved.  You will also be notified by an automated email that the transaction has been processed.

  • Why do I need to sign the declaration of deposit?

    The Declaration of Deposit is part of our compliance process. 

    By signing the D.O.D. you agree you were aware of the deposit and authorized it.

  • Can I change the currency of my deposit?

    Providing you have not deposited the Customer Support Team will be able to change the currency for you.  Contact then via live chat through the website or via email at [email protected]

  • How long before I see my deposit?

    Deposits made using debit or credit cards will appear on the trading account immediately.

    Bank wire transfers or deposits made using alternative methods, will normally take up to 5 working days to appear on the trading account. Please contact Customer Support for more information.

  • Why is my deposit not accepted?

    The main reasons a deposit will not be accepted are as follows:

    • The credit card details have been entered incorrectly. 
    • The funds are not available, normally the limit has been exceeded.
    • The service provider has blocked international transactions.

  • What is the maximum amount to purchase a single option?

    The maximum amount to purchase a single option is $8,000.

  • Why is my deposit not going through?

    Please contact Customer Support so we can investigate the matter.

  • Why was my credit card declined?

    Please call the number on the back of the card. You should check that there are sufficient funds in the account and ask the bank to allow the transaction. Then try again to make the deposit.

  • What happens if I withdraw more than I deposit?

    Withdrawal requests that exceed the total amount of deposits in the account will be processed back to the source of the deposit unless advised otherwise by the accounting department.

    The minimum amount to start trading with BDB is 250 USD / EUR / GBP.

  • Do you accept American Express?

    We do not accept American Express cards.

    We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard as well as bank wire transfers and alternative payment methods.

  • How can I update my credit card details?

    Please note that when you make a deposit using a new credit card, the details will be updated automatically.

  • How can I place a deposit without a bank account?

    You can deposit funds into your trading account via:

    Credit Card, Debit Card, Skrill, Payza, or Bank wire transfer.

    There are also alternative methods available depending on your country. To make a deposit or see the payment options available, please log in to your account and click on the ‘Deposit’ button on the top right of the screen.

    Please note that should you wish to withdraw funds, BDB reserves the right to refund traders via the original payment method used for the deposit.

  • Can I Add Credit Cards to my Account?

    Yes, you can add or replace credit cards to your account in order to deposit and withdraw.

  • What does "Could not deposit. Please try again later2005" mean?

    The main reasons why deposits are not accepted are:

    • The funds are not available; normally the limit has been exceeded.

  • Can I use western union to deposit?

    We do not accept Western Union as the payment method.

  • Can I use a prepaid card for deposit?

    Yes. The prepaid card can be used to deposit to your BDB trading account.

    Please use Credit Card option to do so.

  • Can I place a deposit using PayPal?

    No, we are afraid we do not accept Paypal. You can however use any of the following payment methods:

    • Bank Wire Transfer (International and/or Domestic)
    • Credit Card (Processed via a clearing agency)
    • Third Party Credit Card (Processed via MoneyBookers)
    • MoneyBookers E-wallet
    • Alertpay E-wallet

    Please note that should you wish to withdraw funds, BDB reserves the right to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account. Funds will be returned to the account or credit card initially used for the deposit.

  • When will my Skrill account be active?

    BDB no longer receive payment through Skrill

  • When will my deposit appear in my account?

    Deposits made using debit or credit cards will appear on the trading account immediately.

    Bank wire transfers or deposits made using alternative methods, will normally take up to 5 working days to appear on the trading account. Please contact Customer Support for more information.

  • How can I deposit without a credit card?

    If you are unable to deposit via credit card, no problem.
    We are able to accept bank wire transfers, or transfers from Skrill, Payza or other alternative methods (these can vary depending on your country).

  • How do I deposit using a credit card?

    Depositing funds by credit card is simple and quick; funds are instantly deposited in your trading account.

    However please note that withdrawals take an average of 2 – 3 working days for the credit card company to process, and there may be fees associated with withdrawals by the credit card company.

     

  • Can I use a debit card?

    Yes, a debit card can be used to deposit.

  • How Will the Charges Appear on my Credit Card Statement?

    Your credit card charges will be posted under *BDB. If your credit card deposit was made via Moneybookers, it will appear on your statement under *Moneybookers.

  • How do I deposit using Wire Transfer?

    When you are logged in to your account, click the deposit button and then select the Wire Transfer option as shown in the image below.                                                                                    

    Please enter the deposit amount, click ‘Continue’ and then follow these steps:

    1. Print out the Wire Transfer details appearing on the screen  
    2. Go to any bank and forward your Wire Transfer to BDB’s bank. The bank will then provide you with a transaction reference number  
    3. Fill in the transaction reference number in Payment Details field  
    4. Scan and send the wire slip received by the bank to your personal broker or to [email protected]              

    Please note that it can take up to 5 days to see funds in your trading account and bank fees may occur. Once processed, you should receive a bank confirmation, indicating that your trading account has been credited.



     

  • How do I deposit using Third Party Credit Card?

    To deposit using a third party credit card, please select  ‘MoneyBookers’ when you choose your preferred payment option.

    This way your financial information is never shared with BDB. Within minutes your account should be credited with funds, and withdrawals are instant.

    If depositing less than $1,400 USD, there is no need to open an account. However if depositing more than $1,400 USD there is a requirement to open and verify your MoneyBookers account which can take up to 48 hours.

  • Deposits by MoneyBookers

    On selecting to deposit using Moneybookers, you will be redirected to the Moneybookers website where you will be asked to enter your password in order to log in. You can then choose to either use your Moneybookers account balance or a credit card. Review the transaction, check that all the details are correct, and click ‘Pay’. Depositing and withdrawing funds is instant. If depositing less than $1,400 USD, there is no need to open an account. However if depositing more than $1,400 USD there is a requirement to open and verify your MoneyBookers account which can take up to 48 hours.
