    For security reasons our accounts would be automatically be logged out after a period of inactivity. To avoid this from happening I would recommend you hit the F5 key every few minutes, which will refresh the page and prevent any timeouts.

    I would recommend you use Google Chrome as your browser, and clear your cookies and cache by holding CTRL, Shift and Delete, then select 'clear browsing data'.
