Whereas BDB Services (Belize) Ltd. is an owner of the Banc De Binary trademark and is incorporated in Belize (license no. IFSC/60/352/TS/15) situated at 5 Cork Street, P. O. Box 1708, Belize City, Belize (hereinafter: “the Company”);
Whereas The Company has offered exclusive Easter Gifts (hereinafter: “Easter Gifts Promotion”) for individual clients (hereinafter: “Participants”) which requires the Participants to fund their account with Banc De Binary, all as detailed henceforth. Multiple Participants will receive gifts of their choosing (hereinafter: “the Prizes”), all in accordance with these Terms of Use.
And Whereas The Terms of Use hereby stipulate the conditions concerning the Easter Gifts Promotion and the Prizes;
Therefore it is agreed between the parties as follows:
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your agreement and acceptance to participate in the Easter Gifts Promotion by funding your account with Banc De Binary, all as detailed in these Terms of Use. By participating in the Easter Gifts Promotion, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, you waive your right to participate in the Easter Gifts Promotion and/or to request any prize offered by the Company throughout the Easter Gifts Promotion.
2. Company’s General Terms of Use
The Easter Gifts Promotion Terms of Use is subject to the conditions detailed in the general “Terms and Conditions” appearing on the Company’s official website https://bancdebinary.com// (hereinafter: “general T&C”) and in the event of any contradiction between that stated in the Easter Gifts Promotion Terms of Use and that stated in the Company’s general T&C, that stated in the general T&C will take precedence.
3. Rules of Participation
3.1 Participants must fund their account with Banc De Binary with an amount as stated within the Easter Eggs Presentation.
3.2 Each Easter Egg endows the Participant with the Prize relevant to the deposit amount.
3.3 The Easter Gifts Promotion is not a raffle, meaning that a deposit ensures the receiving of the relevant Prize.
3.4 Participants may make multiple deposits during the Easter Gifts Promotion duration.
4. Easter Gifts Promotion Duration
4.1 The Easter Gifts Promotion will commence on 14 March 2016 at 00:01 and end 27 March 2016 at 11:59 P.M. (GMT). The Company may, in its sole discretion, revise the Easter Gifts Promotion duration by reducing and/or extending said period without advance notice.
5. The Prizes
The winning Participants of the Easter Gifts Promotion will win the prizes as following:
A. Deposit of $1k- Urban Monkey Bluetooth SoundBar
B. Deposit of $2.5k- Louis Vuitton Mini 25mm belt
C. Deposit of $5k- Optoma ML750e Portable Projector
D. Deposit of $10k- Apple iPad Pro 32GB WiFi

6. Winner Terms and Conditions:
In order to become an eligible winner of the Easter Gifts Promotion (hereinafter: “The Winner”), Participants must abide by all of the below conditions:
6.1. The Winner must be over the age of 18.
6.2. The Winner must have opened an account with the company and must have deposited at least the minimum amount of $250.
6.3. The deposited amount for the Easter Gifts Promotion must be for the exact amount as stated on the Easter Egg, in accordance with point 5 above. If a deposit is made in a different amount than the one stated on the Egg (lower or higher), the received Prize will be associated to the lower or higher egg deposited for.
6.4. All deposits made within the Easter Gifts Promotion must be deposited as 3D Deposits only.
6.5. Participants from any geographical location may participate and choose Prizes in the Easter Gifts Promotion except for the following countries:

Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bermuda, Burma, Comoros, Cuba, Iran, Kazakhstan, Korea, DPR, Libya, Panama, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Venezuela
• Prizes D-E:
Cuba, Iran, Korea, DPR, Sudan, Syria
7. Amendments to the Prize
The Participants acknowledge that the Prizes as illustrated above do not constitute an exhaustive list of prizes and can be amended by the Company from time to time as deemed appropriate, to which the Winners will be subject to without undermining its content.
8. Exclusion of Warranties
8.1. The Company does not warrant the completeness or accuracy with respect to information regarding the Easter Gifts Promotion, nor does it commit to ensuring the availability and/or the quality of the Prizes and any other aspect which is beyond the Company’s control.
8.2. The Winners acknowledge that the Company holds no responsibility regarding the Prizes and that the Company will not be liable for any loss and/or damage and/or claims with any issues pertaining to the Prizes.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Participants acknowledge that the Company will not be held liable in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including, inter alia and without limitation, loss of and/or damage – whether special, indirect or consequential. Moreover, it should be emphasized that the Company may, in its sole discretion, determine regarding and not limited to the following: the duration of the promotion, eligibility of the Winners to receive the Prizes and related terms and conditions with respect to the Participants.
10. Participants’ Undertakings:
10.1. The Participants acknowledge and accept that the Company may advertise the Participants’ name and/or photo and/or information for marketing purposes and the Participants agrees to waive their right to privacy and undertake that they shall not have any claims and causes of action, now or in the future, with respect to the Company or against any entities affiliated with or related to the Company.
11. Company Discretion
The Winners acknowledge that only once the conditions are fully met with respect to these Terms of Use and subject to the General TOU, the Winners will be eligible to receive the Prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company has sole discretion in determining the Winners eligibility throughout the Easter Gifts Promotion and may have additional requirements for the Participants prior to determining their eligibility to receive said Prizes.
